To book with us, the primary guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of guests in a room is indicated in the room occupancy information on our site. If the person making the reservation is not the primary guest to be accommodated, the person making the reservation may be liable for cancellations, no-shows and damages as described below. Only the primary guest and the persons named in the reservation may use the property and its amenities. Any third parties wishing to access the property must obtain our express permission.
Deposit
To confirm the reservation, we require a deposit in advance. The amount of the deposit is 100 euros. The deposit must be 'released' before the booking can be confirmed. Deposits are refundable only under the conditions set forth herein.
Payments
Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash. Any fees charged by our banks for processing wire transfers or other payments must be refunded by the primary guest within seven (7) days from the date of request.
Respect for other guests
All guests agree to always respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests, neighbors and owners. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation immediately if guests do not comply with the terms of this agreement or cause inconvenience to other guests, neighbors or owners.
Check-in and Check-out
Guests must check-in and check-out within the following time slots:
Accommodation: from 14:00 to 19:00 on the day of arrival.
Leaving: until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Cancellation of Reservation and Refund of Deposit
Guests who need to cancel a reservation should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits made are subject to refund only subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation of the reservation 15 and more days before the check-in date = full refund of deposit.
Cancellation of the reservation 14 days or less before the check-in date = refund of 50% from deposit.
Cancellation 48 hours or less before check-in date = no refund, the full amount of the reservation is due.
Guests who do not show up or do not arrive for any reason forfeit the deposit and the full amount of the reservation. We recommend that guests take out appropriate holiday/cancellation insurance if necessary.
Wi-Fi and Fair Use Policy
If internet access is provided via Wi-Fi, guests agree to use this access fairly and correctly. We may monitor network performance and user usage to maintain fair and high-quality service for all our guests.
The Internet access provided is for general use such as Internet access, e-mail, messaging, social networking, light video/music/media streaming. Not intended for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads/uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.
Damages and Lost Items
We reserve the right to charge the primary guest for any damage caused during the stay by any member of the party. This includes breakages, spills, stains, damage to furniture or equipment. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible to minimize damage and associated costs. If keys/access cards are lost, a fee will be charged to replace the key/card.
All lost items, if discovered and found, left by guests during the stay will be stored for 1 month. We will do our best to return lost property to its owners, but do not accept responsibility for replacing lost items and ask guests to ensure they have all their belongings before departure. We can offer to send lost items by registered delivery at the owner's expense, otherwise collection can be arranged.
Smoking
Smoking of all tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, snus or chewing tobacco, is permitted only in designated areas on the property and in accordance with the Health Act of 2006 year.
Pets and Service Dogs
We do not accept pets.
Parking
If parking is available on the premises, guests agree to park their vehicles at their own risk.
Terms of Stay
We accept children of all ages.
The price for accommodation of children up to 12 years old is BGN 30.00 per child per day.
The maximum number of guests in a room is 4 people.
